HOME & BIOME is an ongoing and growing project that uses crochet -- a medium packed with signifiers of gender & history, economics & taste, sickness & comfort (HOME). References to celestial bodies, aquatic life, and plant & animal biology suggests how living things and their products are in constant formation and how important it is to acknowledge the fragility of our shared physical climate (BIOME).
